Preserving Regional History and Collections

`A small portion of the foundation’s grant funds are allocated to support significant archival and cataloging projects important to the Los Angeles region, public policy, and regional history. The fragility, rarity, and condition of projects are considered during grant selection, and grants are limited to collections with strong relevance to the LA region.

  • Archives
  • Special collections
  • Universities
  • Nonprofit institutions with relevant collections.
