For Archival Grants

A limited number of grants are available to support relevant and significant archival and cataloging projects important to the history of the Los Angeles region and its public policy. The fragility, rarity, and completion of projects are considered during grant selection.
Grant amounts vary, but typically fall between $40,000-$60,000.

1. Create your account in the online application portal.
2. Type Archival in the search field.
3. Click on “Apply” in the Archival Grants box.
4. Confirm your contact information.
5. Complete the Application form fields.
6. Upload your proposal and resume.
7. Click on “Submit Application” when finished.
