Currently, he is an Operating\nPartner at Friedman Fleischer &#038; Lowe, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, and serves on the boards of Amgen, Levi Strauss, Uber Technologies, and Quinn Group.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a341bdd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a341bdd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn May 2023, Bob retired after 20 years on McDonald\u2019s board. He is also a member of the University of Arizona\u2019s Eller College National Board and\nNorthwestern University\u2019s Kellogg School Global Advisory Board. Bob chairs Levi Strauss\u2019 board and is Chairman Emeritus of Mattel, Inc., where he served as CEO from 2000 \u20132011. Under his leadership, Mattel earned\nrecognition on FORTUNE\u2019s list of 100 Best Companies to Work For and 100 Best Corporate Citizens. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f92141 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f92141\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPrior to Mattel, Bob was President and CEO of Kraft Foods, where he worked for 23 years, also serving as President of Oscar Mayer Foods\nand General Manager of Kraft\u2019s cheese division. Bob holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Northwestern University.
